TCS deploys NIIT's COSYS at Tan Son Nhat airport in Vietnam
Tan Son Nhat Cargo Services (TCS) has deployed NIIT Technologies (NIITTECH) Cargo Operations Intelligent System (COSYS) at the Tan Son Nhat International Airport, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, to manage cargo handling operations.
By implementing the COSYS, which is a complete cargo management platform, TCS will provide tailor-made e-freight compliant solutions for cargo handling agents and carriers from single front-end.
The company said that COSYS will help deliver automated service capabilities that can be fully integrated with various airlines' cargo reservations system to simplify cargo handling process.
NIIT Technologies president of Asia-Pacific Arvind Mehrotra said Tan Son Nhat Cargo Services can now cut down time spent on cargo processing and bolster operational efficiency as the system's intuitive user-interface enables the company to handle all agents and airlines from a centralized platform.
